AIAI President discusses post Covid scenario

The All India Association of Industries (AIAI) President, Mr. Vijay Kalantri met with the Secretary, Economic Relations, Minister of External Affairs Mr. Rahul Chhabra, and Director Economic Diplomacy Mr. Mahesh Kumar to discuss and promote ASEAN countries in view of the realignment of global business opportunities post Covid -19 scenario.

Mr. Vijay Kalantri later had an interactive session with the Secretary (East), Ministry of External Affairs, GOI Ms. Riva Ganguly Das, on the various ways to strengthen the bilateral relations and the post-COVID economic growth in trade and development.

Mr. Vijay Kalantri also met with The High Commissioner – of the Republic of Kenya, Mr. Willy Bett; Defence adviser Mr. Lazarus P Wafula, and Indian Red Cross Society Vice-Chairman (Maharashtra branch) Mr. Homi Khusrokhan. The Government of Kenya donated consumable food stuffs to the Indian Red cross society, Mumbai as a part of the Covid19 relief assistance which will be distributed in the Covid19 affected regions of Maharashtra. The relief material will also be given to the frontline caregivers who work long hours to save lives in this difficult situation.
