The National Cadet Corps (NCC) and the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to reuse plastic wastes collected by NCC cadets during Puneet Sagar Abhiyan and other cleanliness activities in country-wide road construction by NHAI.
