  Dear Subscriber,
In the time of Covid19 pandemic, while the Government of India along with other state governments have taken steps to financially support school drop-outs and orphaned children, through the Pradhan Mantri Gram Kalyan Yojana, it has extended free foodgrains to all eligible underprivileged, till Diwali this year. In the conservation sector, the NTPC concentrated on green projects like developing solar park at Rann of Kutch and a hydrogen plant in Ladakh. Through the Jal Jeevan Mission tap water connections have been provided across all needy sections of society. In another development, software giant Infosys topped the CRISIL rating and vowed to take their women workforce to 45 per cent by 2030. In this fortnightly newsletter, we present to you details on these topics and many more.
