POSOCO Donates Assistive Devices Under CSR In Haryana

The Government of India enterprise conducted the CSR project in collaboration with Artificial Limb Manufacturing Corporation in Ferozepur Jhirka village in Nuh district.

Under its corporate social responsibility programme (CSR), Power System Operation Corporation Limited (POSOCO) organised a distribution camp of assistive devices for the disabled persons at BDPO Office, Ferozepur Jhirka village in Nuh district of Haryana. The CSR project was conducted in collaboration with the Artificial Limb Manufacturing Corporation (ALIMCO), a Government of India undertaking, to provide assistance and assistive devices to persons with disabilities.

The camp was organised in the presence of Ranbir Singh SDM, Punhana, Navratan Gupta, CGM, POSOCO, Manoj Kumar Agrawal, CGM (CP), POSOCO, Ajay Kumar Phillip, Senior GM, POSOCO and other officials from POSOCO.

Recent CSR activities by POSOCO

Earlier, POSOCO had established an emergency treatment room and exclusive breastfeeding corners with all the necessary medical equipment and other infrastructure at the government polyclinic, Maternity & Child Welfare Centre and Maternity Home located in Badarpur village.

The medical equipment includes an ECG machine, multipara monitor, suction machine, OT (LED) light, OPD screening machine, oxygen concentrator and Semi-Fowler patient beds, etc.
